Oversize Cargo
Turbo boiler built in upstate New York for a client in Chile. Loaded off bulkhead
on Niagra River three miles upstream from the falls. Cargo rolled onto a barge and
then transported to Chicago via Lake Erie, Detroit River, Lake Huron, and Lake Michigan.
Transloaded to river barge which transited the Illinois River to the Mississippi
to the ICW at Baton Rouge and then to Houston with a final destination of Talcahuano,
Chile. |
